The label carrier fixed on the electric serial connection mounting device in a rotary motion manner comprises a base body for accommodating a label plate and two shaft journals molded on the base body through a splicing slice, wherein the shaft journals are engaged in positioning holes distributed on the side wall of the serial connection mounting device so as to guide the label carrier to have rotary motion relative to the serial connection mounting device through the shaft journals which are supported in the positioning holes in the rotatable manner; and a gap is arranged between the base body and the corresponding splicing slice, so the shaft journals are arranged for compensating a tolerance of the distance between positioning holes in the manner of elastic motion.
