Zusammenfassung:	A method for a continuous mining device comprises: determining a work mode in order to determine whether the work mode is switched; choosing a continuous mining device with preset coal mining capability when the work mode is switched; and determining work conditions and choosing corresponding continuous mining device according to corresponding work conditions. The system for the continuous miningdevice comprises: a mode determination unit, a work condition determination unit and a device-replacing control unit. Thus, the utilization rate of the continuous mining device is increased, various devices satisfying requirements are combined together for use, and the utilization of the continuous mining device can be adjusted flexibly according to actual working surface condition, thereby remarkably increasing the yield.
