Corn meal as a main raw material is used for preparing the antialcoholism peptide through compounding water, adding alcohol and sodium sulfite, increasing the temperature, cooking, filtering, adding protease to filtrate for enzymolysis, destroying enzyme, decoloring, performing membrane separation and drying the obtained filtrate. The method disclosed by the invention has short production period, low cost without generating any toxic substances; and the prepared product has high safety and can be widely used in the fields, such as foods, medicines, health products, biosynthesis and the like.
