Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for optimizing and efficiently expressing genes of S100A4 protein. In the method, designed primers are mutually used as templates by designing and synthesizing the primers of an optimized S100A4 sequence according to preference codons of escherichia coli, optimized S100A4 genes capable of being efficiently expressed are connected with an expression vector after polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification optimization, and efficient expression is realized in the escherichia coli.
