Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for purifying and identifying S100A4 protein. In the method, after the expression product of an expression vector pBV220-S100A4 is purified by metal chelating chromatography, sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) identification and Western-Blot identification are performed. A GE Health HiTrap Desalting column is adopted to perform desalination so as to increase the purifying speed and prevent the protein from being degraded in the purifying process.
