Method for preparing basalt fiber-based TiO2 photocatalytic film

The invention discloses a method for preparing a basalt fiber-based TiO2 photocatalytic film. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) putting the selected basalt fiber into a reaction container, adding required solution of sodium hydroxide, treating in a water bath, taking out, and washing with deionized water until the pH is between 7 and 8; 2) soaking the basalt fiber treated in the step 1) in silicon dioxide sol of which the pH is between 3 and 4 for preset time, pulling out, rinsing the surface of the basalt fiber with ethanol, and drying to obtain the basalt fiber of which the surface is coated with a silicon dioxide film; and 3) coating a TiO2 film on the treated fiber surface by a dipping and pulling method, drying with superheat steam, and keeping the temperature.
