Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is an oil-and-fat composition which comprises the following oil-and-fat components A and B and meets the following requirements (a) and (b): an oil-and-fat component (A): at least one oil-and-fat selected from the group consisting of a lauric-type oil-and-fat, a fractionated oil of a lauric-type oil-and-fat, an extremely hardened oil of a lauric-type oil-and-fat and an interesterified oil produced by the interesterification reaction of a lauric-type oil-and-fat; an oil-and-fat component (B): a liquid oil; (a) the content of the oil-and-fat component (A) in the total amount of the oil-and-fat components derived from plant oils is more than 60 mass% and not more than 98 mass%; and (b) the content of the oil-and-fat component (B) in the total amount of the oil-and-fat components derived from plant oils is 1 to 25 mass%.
