The invention provides a multiple-error signal coding device and a multiple-error signal coding method. The device comprises a primary error signal coder and a multiple-error signal coder array, wherein the primary error signal coder simultaneously receives P channel data streams for performing primary error signal coding processing so as to generate a primary error signal coding data stream; and the multiple-error signal coder array comprises Q series-connected multiple-error signal coders and is used for performing Q times of parallel subtraction coding processing on the primary error signal coding data stream so as to generate (R-1) channel multiple-error signal coding data streams.
