Zusammenfassung: | A mine flame retardant polyethylene antistatic composite uses graphite as the core, wherein auxiliary components, namely fatty acid monoglyceride and ethylene di-fatty acid amide which account for 5wt%-25wt% of graphite respectively, are added in graphite. The antistatic composite provided by the invention can be used with encapsulated red phosphorus to prepare antistatic flame retardant polyethylene masterbatch; and the antistatic composite can also be directly used to prepare graphite antistatic polyethylene masterbatch which is mixed with encapsulated red phosphorus for use. In the graphite antistatic polyethylene masterbatch, graphite accounts for 20wt%-80wt% of the masterbatch. Compared with the existing conductive carbon black flame retardant antistatic polyethylene material, the flame resistant performance, antistatic performances and mechanical properties of the antistatic composite are improved. |
