Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for determining a mixing blade structure of a mixing drum of a concrete transit mixer. In the method, a concrete mixing drum-based functional subdivision method is provided to subdivide the mixing drum into N parts along the axial direction, wherein N is more than or equal to 3; a corresponding spiral line is designed according to local function requirement of each part of small drum; each section of spiral line is smoothly connected to generate the entire spiral line; a blade is generated according to the overall design indexes of the mixing drum, such as slump degree, gliding angle, drum mounting angle and the like; and optimization is performed through a density gradient change theory and a drum subdivision displacement calculation method. By the method, a fine structure of the mixing drum of the concrete transit mixer can be determined. The blade determined by the method improves the overall performance of the concrete transit mixer. |
