Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a fixed-heating-quantity electric iron device and a control method. The fixed-heating-quantity electric iron device comprises a keyboard, a display screen, a control circuit, a power-rectifier main loop circuit and an electric-iron resistance wire, wherein the control circuit is composed of a keyboard input circuit, an MUC control circuit, a PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) drive circuit, a temperature detecting circuit, a display circuit and a direct-current power supply supplying power for the control circuit. The device sets and controls the amount of pulses outputted by PWM signals by the keyboard to enable four IGBI (Insulated Gate Bipolar Translator) elements T1, T4 and T2, T3 to be connected and disconnected respectively, electric energy is transferred to an electric iron for heating the resistance wire through capacitance coupling, and the electric iron is controlled to heat the resistance wire for generating fixed heating quantity by controlling the frequency of connection and di
