The traveling part comprises a crawler chassis, and the supporting mechanism is a tower lifting hydraulic cylinder which is used for lifting and arranging the drilling mechanism connected between the drilling mechanism and the traveling part. The low-speed and large-torque power head is used for the power head swing mechanism of the invention. The auxiliary functions of the mechanism mainly comprise the inclination angle adjusting of a frame and the fixing of a force application mechanism,, thereby being capable of disposing the counter force and the counter torque reasonably and ensuring the concentricity and the parallelism of the drilling of the screw anchor. The screw anchor drilling machine of the invention has good maneuverability, and is suitable for the field work with decentralized working location.
