Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a communication device. The communication device comprises a shell, a fixing structure, a speaker, a microphone and a microphone fixing seat, wherein the speaker is arranged on one side of the shell; the fixing structure is formed on the other side of the shell and used for fixing the microphone fixing seat; the microphone fixing seat comprises a seat and a first bump; a holding space is formed in the seat for holding the microphone; the first bump is protruded out of the first surface of the seat; and the fixing structure is provided with a groove. When the microphone fixing seat is fixed on the fixing structure, the first bump is embedded in the groove, so that the microphone is effectively prevented from being interfered by echo.
