Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a feedback circuit for an isolated power converter which comprises a controller; and the controller switches a power switch to convert input voltage into output voltage. The feedback circuit is characterized by comprising a photo-coupler, a current/voltage converting circuit, a voltage source and a start-up circuit, wherein the current/voltage converting circuit is coupled with a second voltage source; and one of the first voltage and the second voltage is selected as a feedback signal for the controller. By using the feedback circuit and control method for the isolated power converter, the underloading efficiency of the isolated power converter can be improved.
