Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a multicomponent material for a lithium ion battery and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to a multicomponent material with a multilayer coating structure for a lithium ion battery and a preparation method thereof. The multicomponent material with the multilayer coating structure comprises an inner core and coating layers, wherein both the inner core and the coating layers comprise lithium-containing metallic oxides; and the number n of the coating layers is 1 to 5. The multicomponent material with the multilayer coating structure has a simple preparation process, relatively low cost and high processability; and the lithium ion battery made of the material has a small amount of swelling, high capacity, high high-temperature cyclical stability and high safety.
