The filling composition comprises a pigment, a non-reactive diluent, an adhesive, optional hydroxyl-containing fatty oil, an optional curing resin and an optional conventional additive, wherein the adhesive basically consists of short-oil alkyd resins. The product comprises a substrate and the filling composition which is coated onto the substrate, and also comprises a polyurethane coating coated onto the substrate coated with the filling composition.
