A flavor-enhanced type fermented milk product comprises the major material of fermented milk; and the auxiliary material of the effective amount of diacetyl tartaric acid monoglyceride and diglyceride. Because the diacetyl tartaric acid monoglyceride and diglyceride are added to the product of the invention, the taste of the fermented milk can be obviously improved, the plump greasy feeling is supplied, the cream flavor of the fermented milk is enhanced, and the aftertaste of the cream feeling in the oral cavity is enhanced.
