The solar cell units are arranged on the substrate. The light guide element comprises a plurality of funnel-shaped light guide units which are integrally formed, the light guide element is arranged on the substrate, and all the funnel-shaped light guide units are respectively used for guiding external light to all the solar cells units. All the lens units are respectively arranged on the funnel-shaped light guide units.
