Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a stroboscopic illumination control system for an elevator car, which comprises an elevator car, an illumination apparatus in the elevator car, a monitoring apparatus in the elevator car and a stroboscopic control apparatus. The stroboscopic control apparatus is connected with the monitoring apparatus and acquires a video signal output by the monitoring apparatus, and is also connected with the illumination apparatus and controls to turn on/off the illumination apparatus. The invention also discloses an illumination control method of the system, which comprises the following steps: 1, the stroboscopic control apparatus acquires a shutter signal output by the monitoring apparatus; 2, if no shutter signal is output, the stroboscopic control apparatus acquires a field synchronization signal and/or parity field signal output by the monitoring apparatus to obtain the shutter on/off time point of the monitoring apparatus; and 3, the stroboscopic control apparatus controls to turn on/off the
