Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a vane pump for a fuel injection pump device, comprising a vane pump shell, a stator, a rotor and a plurality of vanes, wherein the vane pump shell is provided with a vane pump inlet and a vane pump outlet; the stator is internally provided with a cylindrical cavity; the rotor can be rotationally and eccentrically arranged in the cylindrical cavity of the stator; the plurality of vanes can radially move and arranged on the rotor at intervals; a spring is arranged between the rotor and each vane; and the springs tend to radially outwards move the vanes towards the stator. The invention also provides the fuel injection pump device comprising the vane pump. The vane pump and the fuel injection pump device can be used for ensuring the fuel to be reliably sucked from a fuel tank to the fuel injection pump device.
