The device comprises a plurality of serially connected lower roller beds and a plurality of serially connected upper roller beds which are positioned above the lower roller beds, wherein each upper roller bed is driven by cylinders which are arranged at two ends of the upper roller bed to move up and down; a plurality of upper air grids are uniformly connected in series in the middle of the upper roller beds; a plurality of lower air grids are uniformly connected in series in the middle of the lower roller beds; the upper and lower roller beds are connected through a transmission device; and corresponding concave and convex surfaces are arranged on the upper and lower roller beds.
