The invention discloses a dual-purpose device for washing and inflating, comprising a two-way output motor, an air pump and a washer pump head. The motor is connected with the air pump through an air pump clutch; the motor is connected with the washer pump head through a diaphragm pump clutch; and the air pump clutch and the diaphragm pump clutch are both controlled by a control circuit. The control circuit comprises a power supply and a single-pole double-throw switch, wherein the power supply is connected with the air pump clutch through the first joint of the single-pole double-throw switch; and the power supply is connected with the diaphragm pump clutch through the second joint of the single-pole double-throw switch.
