Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a flame-retardant ABS composite material with good mechanical property and processing property, belonging to the technical field of a composite material, which is made by mixing ABS, a composite flame retardant, organic clay, an antioxidant, a lubricant and a maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer. By adopting the flame retardant made by compoundingraw materials of a carbon source, an acid source and an air source, the flame-retardant ABS composite material has good flame retarding property and greatly improved mechanical property and mechanical processing property so that the application property of the composite material is improved. When the additive amount of the flame retardant is 30% to 45% of the total amount, the oxygen index of theflame-retardant composite material is 30.0 to 33.0, the horizontal-vertical flame level reaches UL94-V0 Grade, the tensile strength reaches 16.00 to 17.785MPa, and the elongation at break reaches 5.658% to 7.823%. |
