In the device, 60 resistance grooves are distributed on the outer edge of a minute wheel uniformly, the openings of the resistance grooves face outwards, and resistors of difference resistance values are arranged in the resistance grooves; and 12 resistance grooves are distributed on the outer edge of a hour wheel uniformly, the openings of the resistance grooves face outwards, and resistors of difference resistance values are arranged in the resistance grooves. An elastic part is arranged at the bottom of each resistance groove; and a conductive layer which is connected with two leads electrically is distributed on the inner wall of each resistance groove. One end of each resistor is contacted with an elastic part, while the other end is positioned at the position of a resistance groove; and conductive layers are distributed on both of the two ends of each resistor.
