Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a laser strengthening process for a tapered surface of a pick body, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) surface treatment on the tapered surface of the pick body: carrying out oil and rust removal on the surface of the pick at room temperature, then cleaning the surface by alcohol; 2) presetting of a composite ceramic material: uniformly coating the composite ceramic material on the tapered surface of the pick body, wherein the composite ceramic material comprises the following elements in percentage by weight: 50 to 96 percent of Fe, 1 to 7 percent of Mg, 3 to 30 percent of B and 0 to 13 percent of M which is one or more of Si, Cu, Ni, W, Cr, La, Mn, Ce, Zn, V and Zr; and 3) laser strengthening processing on the tapered surface of the pick body: re-melting the composite ceramic material with the tapered surface of the pick body by a laser device, wherein the laser power is 5000 W, the scanning speed is 300mm/min, the lapping rate is 35 percent, and the spot di |
