Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a laser cladding method of the conical surface of cutting teeth, comprising the following steps: 1) removing oil and rust on the surface of the cutting teeth at room temperature, and using alcohol to clean; and 2) lading the cutting teeth to a laser process machine by using a chuck, synchronously carrying out power feeding and laser cladding in a work step under the cooperation of the rotary motion of the chunk and the feed motion of the X linear axis of a laser head, using a multipath overlapping manner to carrying out laser scanning on the conical surface of the cutting teeth, and cladding metal powder on the surface of the conical of the cutting teeth, wherein the output power of the laser is 3-5kw, the scanning speed is 300-720mm/min, the powder feeding rate is 18-25g/min, the laser beam uses a rectangular light spot with the bandwidth of 15*2.5, the weight percent of selected metal powder is as follows: 96.11% of Fe, 0.33% of C, 1.30% of Si, 0.99% of Mn, 1.28% of Cr, 0.055% of Ti,
