The invention has the advantages of conveniently and effectively holing a mounted PCCP standard pipeline on site so as to directly hole the mounted PCCP standard pipeline without influencing the original structure of the pipeline and damaging the functions of the pipeline, which can effectively shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost.
