Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for preparing a Nb3Al superconducting material by using an electrical co-deoxidization method, belonging to the technical filed of metal material manufacturing. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: mixing, pressing and sintering high-purity Nb2O5 and Al2O3 powder to obtain sintered blocks, taking the obtained niobium-aluminum oxide sintered blocks as a cathode, taking graphite as an anode, and performing electrochemical process treatment in a CaCl2-NaCl molten salt electrolyte and under the protection of Ar gas; preparing a co-deoxidized niobium-aluminum composite powder material; densifying the niobium-aluminum composite powder material through liquid-phase sintering, alloying the densified niobium-aluminum composite materialat the high-temperature of 1400-1700 DEG C and under the protection of Ar gas; and finally preparing the Nb3Al intermetallic compound superconducting material.
