The grain food adopts the following raw materials: rice, oat and soybean, fine grain and coarse grain are compounded, the beans and grains are compounded, so that the product has high content of quality protein and reasonable distribution of amino acid. A twin screw extruding swelling technology is combined with a microwave drying technology, and the manufactured product has better taste and higher nutrient value. The microwave drying technology is adopted for the first time in the breakfast grain processing technique, saves energy, reduces cost and shortens the processing time. The technical design of the invention is scientific and reasonable, and has great importance on realizing comprehensive development and utilization of grains.
