Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a formaldehyde-free super glue film and a manufacturing method thereof. In the manufacturing method, polypropylene resin, a main antioxidant, an auxiliary antioxidant and a filler are taken as raw materials; and a thin film is manufactured and is formed into the formaldehyde-free super glue film by adopting biaxially-oriented polypropylene (BOPP), so the longitudinal tensile strength and transverse tensile strength of the thin film are greatly strengthened. As the main and auxiliary antioxidants are added into the formula, the resin can be prevented from influencing the strength and service life of the thin film after being machined and plastified at high temperature. As graphite is added into the formula, the formaldehyde-free super glue film has a relatively higher heat-conducting property and relatively higher ageing resistance.
