Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a lightweight high-strength microcrystal ceramic insulation board. The lightweight high-strength microcrystal ceramic insulation board comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 30 to 75 percent of silicon dioxide (SiO2), 5 to 20 percent of aluminium oxide (Al2O3), 1 to 20 percent of calcium oxide (CaO), 1 to 15 percent of magnesium oxide (MgO), 1to 10 percent of ferric oxide and ferrous oxide (Fe2O3+FeO), 1 to 10 percent of sodium oxide, potassium oxide and lithium oxide (Na2O+K2O+Li2O) and 1 to 8 percent of nucleating agent. The lightweighthigh-strength microcrystal ceramic insulation board is prepared by the following steps of: mixing and crushing waste minerals, a foaming agent and a sintering modifier; mixing the crushed mixture with the nucleating agent; after ball-milling, filter-pressing, pelleting and staling the mixture, directly paving the powder in a fire-resistant mould fully, scraping the mould smoothly and allowing themould to enter a kiln; and
