Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for extracting and separating ginsenoside, flavone and polysaccharide from sweet gynostemma pentaphylla, relating to an extraction process of a natural product, in particular to a process for extracting multiple effective constituents contained in the sweet gynostemma pentaphylla. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) raw material grinding: grinding dry whole plants of the sweet gynostemma pentaphylla to 80-105 meshes; (2) infiltrating by using deionized water; (3) breaking walls by using an air filtering compresser; (4) extracting by using an ultrasonic extractor at low power; (5) precipitating an extracting solution ZTCL+1; (6) centrifugalizing to eliminate impurities; (7) compositely separating an ultrafiltration membrane, a nanofiltration membrane and an ionic membrane; (8) concentrating and dewatering the membranes; (9) freezing, and drying, wherein the water content of dry ginsenoside, flavone and the polysaccharide is 0.7-0.9 percent.
