The invention relates to a method for extracting and separating ginsenoside, flavone and polysaccharide from sweet gynostemma pentaphylla, relating to an extraction process of a natural product, in particular to a process for extracting multiple effective constituents contained in the sweet gynostemma pentaphylla.
