The device comprises a box body (2) and a box cover movably connected with the box body (2), wherein the box cover is a glass plate (1) made of optical glass or quartz glass; and a movable bottom plate (3) which is slidably connected with the box body (2) up and down is arranged in the box body (2). When the accommodating device is matched with a colorimeter with a transverse optical path, the colorimeter with the transverse optical path can objectively reflect the color of the dry tea and can be used for evaluating the color of the dry tea during examination and evaluation of tea.
