Method for preparing cefotiam hexetil hydrochloride and composition of cefotiam hexetil hydrochloride

The invention belongs to medicaments and in particular discloses a method for preparing cefotiam hexetil hydrochloride and a composition of the cefotiam hexetil hydrochloride. The method comprises the following steps that: the cefotiam hexetil is reacted with carbonate to obtain a cefotiam hexetil; the cefotiam hexetil is reacted with carbonic acid 1-iodoethyl ester cyclohexyl ester; and the reactant is extracted and frozen to obtain the cefotiam hexetil hydrochloride and composite tablets, capsules or particles and the like, which contain the cefotiam hexetil hydrochloride prepared by the method. The preparation method has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, capability of reducing environmental pollution, high purity and high yield of the obtained product.
