Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a process for producing an electrically conductive complex, which comprises: a first step of applying a composition (B) comprising a dispersing agent (A) having a hydroxy group in the molecule and an electrically conductive material on a base material; and a second step of applying a solution containing a compound (C) capable of forming a metal alkoxide and/or a hydrolysate of the compound (C) on the surface of the base material having the composition (B) applied thereon. The process enables the production of an electrically conductive complex which has high electrical conductivity and durability, and which can exhibit stable properties for a long period under high-temperature/high-humidity conditions and therefore has excellent resistance against humidity and heat.
