The invention relates to a self-adaption gantry crane bearing wheel set. The self-adaption gantry crane bearing wheel set comprises a bending rail, wherein four groups of travelling mechanisms are arranged on the bending rail; in the travelling mechanisms, the diameter of each travelling wheel on an outer rail is more than that of each travelling wheel on an inner rail; a balance beam is connected with an upper supporting seat through an upper hinged shaft; two travelling trolleys are respectively connected with both ends of the balance beam through a vertical shaft supporting mechanism; and a vertical shaft in the vertical shaft supporting mechanism is matched with a sleeve and a thrust bearing. The self-adaption gantry crane bearing wheel set can prolong the service life of the travelling wheels, relieve the abrasion of the rail and the impact on members of a transmission mechanism and avoid the vibration and overturning of a gantry crane.
