Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for drying and reducing low-grade latertic nickel ores by using bituminous coal. The method is characterized by comprising the following processes of: 1, after prescreening iron nickel laterite extracted from mines, crushing mineral grains with the size of between 3 and 600mm into the mineral grains with the size of between 3 to 15mm by a three-section one-closed-circuit method; after transporting the mineral grains to a disc feeder by a belt, quantitatively transporting the mineral grains to a rotary kiln by the disk feeder; and finishing natural material mixing and roasting reduction in the process of the rotation of a kiln body; or 2, after prescreening the iron nickel laterite extracted from the mines, mixing the mineral grains with the size of less than 3mm and dust collected by a dust collecting system; granulating; after transporting the mineral grains to the disk feeder by the belt, quantitatively transporting the mineral grains to the rotary kiln by the disk feeder; f |
