Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for treating lead-containing high electrum concentrate. The method comprises the following steps of: alkaline bleaching pretreatment; primary grading; ore grinding; primary oxidation and lead removal; primary leaching; secondary grading; secondary ore grinding; primary dense washing; secondary oxidation and lead removal; second leaching; secondary dense washing; tailings pressing and filtering; pregnant solution replacement and treatment, and the like. The method is characterized in that the cyanidation and recovery rates of gold and silver are furthest improved through changing cyaniding chemicals, i.e. the traditional lime is changed into sodium hydroxide and ammonium bicarbonate, and then hydrogen peroxide as an auxiliary oxidation chemical is used for removing lead sulfide.
