Enterohemorrhagic E. coli (EHEC) O157:H7 multicolour quantum dot rapid detecting kit and detecting method thereof

The invention discloses an enterohemorrhagic E. coli (EHEC) O157:H7 multicolour quantum dot rapid detecting kit which comprises a capture probe, a rfbE gene probe, an HlyAB gene probe, a stx2 gene probe and a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification primer group A or B of a nucleic acid sample, wherein the capture probe is fixed on a solid phase carrier; and the rfbE gene probe, the HlyAB gene probe and the stx2 gene probe are used for respectively emitting quantum dot marks with non-overlapped wavelengths by fluorescence.
