Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an enterohemorrhagic E. coli (EHEC) O157:H7 multicolour quantum dot rapid detecting kit which comprises a capture probe, a rfbE gene probe, an HlyAB gene probe, a stx2 gene probe and a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification primer group A or B of a nucleic acid sample, wherein the capture probe is fixed on a solid phase carrier; and the rfbE gene probe, the HlyAB gene probe and the stx2 gene probe are used for respectively emitting quantum dot marks with non-overlapped wavelengths by fluorescence. The invention also discloses a detecting method of the kit, which comprises the following steps of: taking the nucleic acid sample which is suspected to be infected by EHEC O157:H7 and carrying out PCR amplification by using the PCR amplification primer group A or B; hybridizing the obtained PCR product with the capture probe and detecting probes of the three quantum dot marks; detecting the corresponding target gene by the fluorescent emission wavelength and the strength of the quantu
