Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method preparing a polyaniline/ palygorskite nanometer conducting composite by an ultrasonic-assisted inverse emulsion process. The invention adopts the inverse emulsion polymerization nucleation mechanism to quickly synthetize the polyaniline/ palygorskite nanometer composite with higher conductivity and excellent thermostability under the assistance of ultrasonic environment. The polyaniline/ palygorskite nanometer conducting composite prepared by the invention has the nuclear shell structure of coating polyaniline on palygorskite, is in a rod-like appearance shape,and has favourable conductivity and thermostability; measurement proves that the resistivity is 1-103 omega.cm. Thus, the invention has great application prospect in the field of engineering materials.
