The invention relates to a host device and a transmission method thereof. The host device is used for a wireless network which comprises a plurality of communication nodes and a mobile node, wherein the communication nodes are in wireless connection with the host device. A data statistical table related to the mobile node is stored in the host device; the host device can acquire the possible moving path of the mobile node according to the data statistical table; and the communication nodes passing the possible moving path perform data transmission with the mobile node in a multicasting mode so as to save the resource of the wireless network.
