The power phase detection device is used for identifying the voltage phase of a carrier of a power line between a power supply end and a user end and comprises a carrier processing circuit and a phase identifying module, the carrier processing circuit takes a carrier signal from the user end and demodulates the carrier signal into a signal to be measured, and the phase identifying module is used for calculating the counting value of a zero-crossing point of the signal to be measured in a preset period and partitioning the counting value of the zero-crossing point of the signal to be measured according to threshold values of different voltage phases to generate different coding signals. Accordingly, the invention can rapidly and accurately acquire the correlation between the power supply end and the user end.
