Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a novel method for synthetizing vinyl acetate by a calcium carbide acetylene method, which is characterized in that synthetic reaction is carried out on acetylene gas produced by adopting calcium carbide and acetic acid in a tube array type fixed bed reactor. The novel method is realized by utilizing a fixed bed technology in a process for synthetizing the vinyl acetate by the calcium carbide acetylene method, and especially, acetic acid simultaneously enters a gas-liquid mixed evaporator under the action of the acetylene gas after being preheated by changing an acetic acid feed mode into a gas-liquid mixed feed mode, and then enters the reactor through a second preheater and a third preheater, and the gas mixture passes through an inert heat transfer filler and then passes though a corresponding catalyst to be synthetized into the vinyl acetate.
