| Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a solid state imaging device including: a pixel array (21) having a plurality of pixel portions arranged in a matrix; a vertical shift register (26) for selecting a row of the pixel array (21); a column amplifier (22) which is arranged for each column for amplifying a column signal outputted from a pixel portion belonging to the selected row; and a limit circuit which limits an output voltage of the column amplifier so as not to exceed a predetermined voltage which can be switched. The limit circuit switches the predetermined voltage in response to switching between a normal mode and a high-sensitivity mode. |
