The unit coil comprises a plurality of sub-coils which are mutually arranged in parallel and are respectively bent at least once at the non-acting edge in the axial direction; the coil assembly comprises a plurality of three-phase unit coil groups which are arranged along the running direction, wherein each three-phase unit coil group is formed by arranging three same unit coils in a staggered and overlapped mode and then packaging by a resin layer, and each unit coil is formed by arranging a plurality of bent sub-coils in an overlapped mode; and the plurality of bent sub-coils are overlapped for sufficient thickness or arranged for sufficient width to obtain sufficient thrust, and a magnetic track is matched to form an ironless linear motor.
