Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a solid tantalum electrolytic capacitor which comprises a tantalum anode body, a Ta2O5 dielectric coated film, a conducting layer, a graphite layer and a silver coating, wherein the Ta2O5 dielectric coated film is positioned on the surface of the tantalum anode body, the conducting layer is positioned on the Ta2O5 dielectric coated film, and the graphite layer and the silver coating are coated on the conducting layer. The solid tantalum electrolytic capacitor is characterized in that the conducting layer is a combined layer of a conducting high-molecular layer, a ZnO seed layer and a ZnO nano-wire array layer, wherein the conducting high-molecular layer is positioned on the surface of a Ta2O5 dielectric medium, the ZnO nano-wire array layer is positioned between the ZnO seed layer and the conducting high-molecular layer, and the nano-wire array of the ZnO nano-wire array layer is vertically arranged on the surface of the ZnO seed layer.
