Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an optical biosensor for detecting organophosphorus pesticides, comprising an optical transmission device, an optical detection device and a sample pool, wherein enzyme immobilized on a carrier is arranged in the sample pool, and is organophosphorus hydrolase; and the optical transmission device is used for transmitting detection and reference light signals. The biosensor has simple light path design and high sensitivity, is convenient to carry and the biological sensing elements are renewable. The biosensor can be widely applied to detection of organophosphorus pesticides, rapid monitoring of point source and non-point source pollution of organophosphorus pesticides in the environment and the component of monitoring devices in the sewage treatment plants.
