Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a hydraulic generating unit comprising a container, at least one collecting device and a generating device, wherein the container is arranged in a liquid; the collecting device is arranged in the liquid and connected with the container; an air pressure is applied in the container; at least one first hydraulic pressure is applied outside the container; and at least one second hydraulic pressure is applied outside the collecting device, wherein the second hydraulic pressure is higher or lower than the first hydraulic pressure, and both the first hydraulic pressure and the second hydraulic pressure are higher than the air pressure. Therefore, the liquid can be fed into the container to drive the generating device, so that the air pressure in the container is lower than the first hydraulic pressure and the second hydraulic pressure to enable the hydraulic power generation; moreover, when the container is inverted in the liquid, the liquid can also flow into the container to drive the gene
