Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an induction quenching method of a shifting guide shaft of an automatic transmission, which is characterized by utilizing a dual-ring series inductor continuous quenching mode; putting one end of a part downwards between two centres and clamping, wherein the end of the part is provided with a rectangular ring slot the width of which is 12mm; pressing a start button to start to rotate the part; moving the inductor to the quenching initial position at the lower end of a shaft neck the diameter of which is 18mm, starting to heat with a set power of 35kw and delaying; spraying water after delaying, stopping water spay and rotating after repeated work of the inductor, and taking off the part from the position between the two centres to finish the whole quenching process. The method effectively control the distribution of a hardening layer, avoiding the phenomena of overburing and melting at local closed angles and thin walls, thus realizing the continuous distribution of the induction quen
