The yeast product can be processed to obtain such nutritional, therapeutic o organoleptic products as yeast paste, yeast metabolites, carbohydrates, proteins functional proteins, nucleotides, yeast autolysates, yeast extract, yeast cell walls, beta glucans, mannans or a product derived from a mineralized yeast product.
